Dr. Denver J. Fowler is an associate professor of educational leadership and policy studies and the associate dean of graduate and undergraduate studies at California State University, Bakersfield. He holds an Ed.D. with an emphasis in educational administration from Ohio University, an M.A. in education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and a B.S. in education from The Ohio State University. Dr. Sarah M. Jouganatos is a professor and the interim associate dean for instruction and student success in the College of Education at California State University - Sacramento. She holds an Ed.D. in educational leadership and policy studies from California State University - Sacramento. Dr. Virginia Araceli Feliz is an associate professor of graduate and professional studies in education and the interim director of the Doctorate in Educational Leadership Program at California State University - Sacramento. She holds an Ed.D. with an emphasis in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California.
